9 Sleep Tips for Insomnia

You must already know what insomnia is. It is a nervous system disorder, to be more specific it is a sleep disorder characterized by an inability to sleep. As many people suffers from Insomnia, here we will discuss solutions which relies on the magic of life and our ability to doing our part, bearing in mind that things will work out more often and easily if we give fewer turns and we put more importance.

Here are the tips for Insomnia

Tip 1: It is important to drink Lemon Balm, Chamomile, Orange Blossom, Linden, Passion Flower and Valerian, this blend of tea is effective for insomnia. For this we note that the effect is progressive, hopefully not sleeping through the first day. If nervousness if felt during the day also then you can take an infusion after lunch.

Tip 2: Put few drops of lavender oil next to your pillow or put a cloth handkerchief with a few drops of lavender oil.

Tip 3: It is very important to quit coffee and tea. If you drink several cups a day, start avoiding it at the night and afternoon. Thereafter you avoid tea / coffee in the morning also. You should also avoid cola and alcohol.

Tip 4: We must take into account that glucose levels are important for the nervous system and you must avoid not eating for several hours. Even consuming juice, fruit, yogurt or some nuts at mid-morning and late afternoon may be enough.

Tip 7: Sometimes watching TV only serves to further aggravate the situation. It is advisable to go for a walk after dinner or read a book or magazine containing positive thoughts. Tip 8: Physical exercise is usually a good choice because it helps to eliminate stress and disconnect from work or daily concerns. Exercises such as yoga or tai-chi helps intake oxygen and help regulate the nervous system.
