First reach Kathmandu, the capital city of Nepal. Take a City Bus from Ratna Park and go to Patan. Get down at Goshala. It is a 45-minute journey.

You can also take battery-operated Safaa tempos from Ratna Park and get down at pilgrims at Ring Road, which is just west of Pashupatinath.
