Ramakrishna Paramahansa died out of head and throat cancer. He died at the age of 50 on 16th August 1886 in Cossipore, Calcutta, West Bengal.

Ramakrishna Paramahansa was born in a poor family on 18th February 1836 in Kamarpukur village in West Bengal's Hooghly district.
