How essential oil is helpful in emotional distress

It is frustrating to live with pain and emotional distress worsens it by creating more tension along with a downward spiral of fear and anxiety. In such circumstances, essential oils have the ability to help break out of those patterns.

The best is to use either lavender or lemon essential oils. Both have shown to ease stress and improve mood and awareness.

Yes, but sometimes Frankincense is also recommended to cope up with depression and physical healing too.

The oils can be applied topically or can be inhaled from cupped hands. Lemon and Frankincense can be taken internally too, but only if recommended by a practitioner. Apply calming essential oils to your feet or pillow before going to bed. You will get restful sleep and it will decrease soreness upon waking.
