According to Ayurveda, the main causes of allergy in the body are toxins and low immunity. Nasya is an ayurvedic process through which herbalized oil drops are put in nose. This should be done in every night before go to bed to stay away from allergies. Tulsi, pippali and licorice are also very effective.
