Here are the steps of doing transcendental meditation:
- Make the alarm for 20-25 minutes and make sure that nobody will disturb you.
- Now make yourself comfortable by sitting quietly and keep hands at your lap and close your eyes.
- Now allowing the Mantra “Shiring” to smoothly come in your mind.
- Repeating mantras without any effort within the mind.
- If your concentration break then tries to bring back your focus and repeat the mantra.
- This should be continued for the 20-25 minutes till your alarm starting ringing.
- Now, stop repeating the mantra in mind and sit silently for two more minutes, then open your eyes and come back to normal.
