How to do transcendental meditation step by step

Here are the steps of doing transcendental meditation:

  1. Make the alarm for 20-25 minutes and make sure that nobody will disturb you.
  2. Now make yourself comfortable by sitting quietly and keep hands at your lap and close your eyes.
  3. Now allowing the Mantra “Shiring” to smoothly come in your mind.
  4. Repeating mantras without any effort within the mind.
  5. If your concentration break then tries to bring back your focus and repeat the mantra.
  6. This should be continued for the 20-25 minutes till your alarm starting ringing.
  7. Now, stop repeating the mantra in mind and sit silently for two more minutes, then open your eyes and come back to normal.
This is how transcendental meditation is done. If you feel relax, pleasure then it's working. If not then no worry better to try next time.
