Yes, it is a Jyotirlinga. Mahakaleshwar temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva and considered as most sacred.

Mahakaleshwar Jyotirlinga is in ancient city of Ujjain in Madhya Pradesh state. It is beside Rudra Sagar lake.
