Vedas and Hinduism permit beef eating

According to the Hindu religious books of the ancient and medieval time, eating meat and beef is not allowed in Hinduism. Hinduism believes in non-violence against all forms of living beings including animals. Killing animals was like a sin at that time. But now, traditions and diversity of castes allowing everyone to eat whatever they want.
