Amrithotharam kashayam is the best ayurvedic medicine for dengue. The fever can also be reduced by taking leaves of coriander. Amla too can be taken during dengue as it helps in iron absorption. Similarly Punanava helps in flushing out toxins from the body through perspiration. To increase immune system boil tulsi leaves in water and drink it. Dhatura reduces seriousness of the fever.
