The cause of insomnia or bad sleep is the occurrence of imbalance in Vata, Pitta or Kapha dosha, said by Ayurveda. Itstreatment are as follow:
- You can drink 1 teaspoon of licorice root powder with milk at empty stomach.
- A glass of milk can be consumed before going to bed.
- Cinnamon powder and honey with milk are beneficial for a sleeping disorder.
