The beginning of using Ayurveda was started about 6,000 BCE. According to modern sources, Ayurveda was started using from the time of Vedas(the Rig Veda (3000-2500 BCE), Yajur Veda, Sam Veda, and Atharva Veda (1200-1000 BCE) ).
