Lemon-honey is commonly used for weight loss. Mix the both in ratio of 2:1 in a glass of lukewarm water.

Adding pinch of pepper with lemon and honey and take it. It helps in quick weight loss.

Cabbage burns fat within the body. If taken daily in salad it reduces fat.

Eating boiled horse gram daily for about a month or two will help in reducing weight.
