Which is best ayurvedic or english medicine?

I think both cannot be compared, both are effective depending upon the seriousness of the disease. Actually, English medicine work on the basis of chemicals and drug. Ayurvedic medicine uses herbs, plant, mineral and diet style, yoga, therapies. Ayurvedic medicine has less or no side effects. But English medicines have many serious side effects.
