Ashwagandha helps in reducing stress levels and helps to fight exhaustion,body aches and muscle pains thus causing the body to feel relaxed and soothe pain. It is not only good for the body but it is also good for mental health and is good for various diseases such as cancer,Parkinson etc.If ashwagandha is taken in excess then it can lead to tiredness in the body otherwise it is very good for physical and mental health.
