Can Yoga build muscles? Or it just helps us to stay healthy?

It is not a muscle building exercise. It is just to keep you fit and fine externally as well as internally. It relaxes the mind too.

Yoga dont help in building muscle,you dont need to put lot of effort like exercise.The session also differs from time to time.First start with 15 mins ,then 30 mins and 1 hour.Yoga keeps our body and mind fit and fresh.It purifies our soul.Some of the diseases can be cured by yoga doing daily.

Yoga is all about breathing and performing posses to filter our body and filled with new and positive energies. Yoga is not meant for making the muscle.
