In a word, No. Hindus Don't worship Penis or Vagine.
The idea primarily comes from the Hindu symbol known as the Lingam. The Lingam is a round, protruding shape emerging from a vulva-like base called a Yoni. Linguistically, "Yoni" carries many meanings. Generally interpreted to reference the vulva, it has been interpreted to mean, "place of birth," "origin," "source," "fountain," and more. Lingam also has many meanings, but the most established is the abstract "sign" or "symbol." Though many websites like to claim "wand of light" as a literal translation of "Lingam," that simply isn't true.

At its most basic meaning, the Lingam is absolutely nothing more than an abstract symbol for God. The unseen becomes seen. The unformed becomes formed. The unimagined becomes imagined. It provides us with an inclusive and mystical image with which we can focus our minds on the Divine Person. Thus, the worship of the Lingam is, properly, the worship of God through this abstract symbol, and not the worship of the phallus as a creation.

But that isn't to say that the penis is not respected in Hinduism; true Hinduism has never shied away from sex. So no, the penis is definitely not a taboo symbol. In fact, I'll take it a step further and say that the penis is a sacred symbol. It represents God as perfectly and beautifully as a human concept can.
