Bone spurs are also known as osteophytes which means irregular growth of bones in joints, spine, and heels. In Ayurveda, agnikarma, dhanyamla sweda, lepa and upanaha are more effective. Also, there is a need to massage using oil per day. Garlic paste can also be applied to the affected area for getting relief.
