Essential oil is liquid which is pressed from herbs and other plants. The best way to use an essential oil is in water or air home diffuser, but it's also easy to put a few drops out in a bowl on the kitchen counter or fill a spray bottle with water and about twenty drops of oil to mist orange, cinnamon or spruce oil into the air.
