Yes, Angkor Wat or Ankar Wat is the largest Hindu temple in the world. It is not in India as some may assume. The temple is in Cambodia. It is spread in an area of 162.6 hectares. It was built during the Khmer Empire dynasty in early 12th century and is dedicated to Lord Vishnu. Later, during the same century the religious monuments were transformed into a Buddhist temple.
