Apart from exercises and lifting weights,yoga is best.It can be done every day in morning with empty stomach for good results.Mainly pranayam is good for health,it cures most of dreadful disease like asthma,cancer,hair loss,baldness,pimples,back-pain,wrinkles on face,improves blood circulation and sharpness of brain,we can get younger by doing yoga daily etc.We don't have to put enough effort in yoga that is why even it is practiced in western countries.Mainly it wont costs anything just like exercise by buying dumbbells and fitness equipment's etc
