If you really want to stay fit and healthy then a proper diet is necessary. Overeating can make your body fatty and unhealthy. Yoga is essential to stay fit. Certain things to consider while doing yoga like yoga should be performed under the guidance of an expert or training. If you have complete knowledge then no need of an expert. Some exercises like walking or running or weight lifting can also be done along with yoga to remain fit.
