Jallikattu is associated with Pongal, a festival celebrated in the Tamil Nadu state in India. This event is also known as as eru thazhuvuthal and manju virattu and performed at January month. This is the tradition of leaving a bull in the crowd of people. Several people often injured because of this traditional game. It has already banned by Supreme Court of India.
