This stotram is composed in order to get free from all your bad deeds done in the past. You have to be free from your bad karmas for getting salvation. Here is the full stotram:

Deva karya sidhyartham, sabha sthambha samudbhavam,
Sri nrusimham mahaveeram namami runa mukthaye
