What are the forms of Moving meditation

Although dancing and whirling are a form of moving meditation, they aren't the only ways to meditate while moving. Walking is a relaxing form of meditation that people who enjoy nature particularly enjoy. Swimming can be another way to move while meditating.

Sufi meditation allows for one to put aside the day to day world and open up the door to truth, love, and God. Besides the meditation experience, which can bring about feelings of peace and a closer connection to the Divine, Sufi ritual dancing and whirling are good forms of exercise.
