In India, Yoga is the oldest and ancient form of staying fit and active. It is about 3000 years old technique originated from India. Now, it has grown all over the world and India became the Guru of Yoga practices. Yoga practices influence our body muscles, gland, nerve and allow them to function properly. Yoga can also very effective for patients suffering from Asthma, diabetes.
