DNB post graduate course stands for Diplomate of National Board. It is awarded by National Board of Examinations (NBE). It can be pursued only after MBBS. It is different from Doctor of Medicine degree.

To seek admission in DNB one needs to qualify for MBBS degree or equivalent. The minimum marks required for admission to DNB is 50 percent.
