When should I take ashwagandha for anxiety?

Ashwagandha should be taken at frequent intervals for reducing anxiety.However according to research about 500 to 600 grams should be taken per day and this process should continue for 6 to 12 weeks.

Yes, ashwagandha can reduce anxiety. Daily doses of 125 mg to 5 grams can reduce the level of cortisol. Also, 500-600 gm of ashwagandha intake per day for a long time can also remove the possibility of insomnia.
