Ravana was the son of Vishrava and Kaikesi. His father was earlier married to Ilavida, whose son was Kubera. So Kubera was elder to Ravana but he was his half-brother.
The other three children of Vishrava and Kaikesi were Vibhishana, Kumbakarna and daughter Shurpanakha.
