Who was the first woman on earth according to Hinduism

Shatarupa was the first woman on earth. It is written in Matsya Purana. The word Shatarupa means she can acquire hundred forms. She is also known as Brahmi and Sandhya.

Brahma created Shatarupa along with Manu. He became infatuated and pursued Shatarupa whereever she went.

Shetarupa wedded Svayambhuva Manu and both together had five children.
