When Radha and Lord Krishna used to play in the Vrindavan and also after playtime, Lord Krishna used to clean the Radha's feet by peacock feathers. In the Hindu religion, it represents love, beauty, and knowledge. The eye of the peacock feathers is considered as the third eye of Lord Krishna.
