Is yoga enough to stay fit or hitting a gym is best? Please compare and guide me ....I am little bit confused ....

It is enough to stay fit provided you take proper diet, eat healthy and at the right time. Don't skip meals and also don't overeat.

I myself do both yoga in morning and gym in evening.I do yoga to keep mentally fit,look younger,keep myself away from diseases which are cured naturally,I do gym to build muscle ,increase stamina stay physically fit for self-defense. But both of them are good for blood circulation.According to our height we should have some weight,it will be mentioned in gym or else we can find info on google.

If you just want to stay fit then yoga is sufficient. Gym is making and giving shape to your body.
