Everyone who wants to be prepared when everything starts to happen, fill this form out and contact me for the Federal Employer ID Number. Form 4361 will give you Tax Exemption and Declare you Self-Employed for Tax Purposes, and then Exempt from those Taxes.

We will begin Ordaining Ministers and keeping Records of the Ordination. We will do both Ordained and Licensed, and the License will require a series of Initiations, while the Ordination will give you Recognition as a full practicing Member of the Church. Both will be able to start Temples and other Religious Organizations under us in their Area.

If you do not wish to become a Minister, you would just Apply as "Part of a Religious Order" on Form 4361. Anyone who wants to announce their Affiliation with the Shaivite Temple to the IRS can do that.

The FEIN is 37-1949939

The form below is what you will give as a Receipt to anyone who gives you a Donation for your Religious Activities, so that they can get a Tax Deduction

If you work for the Government, you are Precluded from Arbitrating the Religious nature of anything.

United States v. Christian Echoes Ministry, Inc., 404 U.S. 561 (1972)

Explaining Shiva to the Western Mind

Here are 4 examples of Stories about Lord Shiva.
1. Lord Shiva has a Wife named Parvati, and just like Lord Shiva, Parvati also takes many forms. Parvati one day covered Shiva's Eyes, and a 3rd Eye opened on his forehead, because if the Supreme Lord God Shiva is ever not vigilant over the Universe, it will fall into Chaos.
2. Lord Shiva was once Meditating, and Eros (known in the European World as "Cupid") shot an Arrow at Shiva, Shiva was struck, and instead of opening his Eyes, his 3rd Eye opened and Burned Eros. This represents Shiva overcoming Desire, or being more Powerful than Desire.
3. Lord Shiva once drank poison for everyone, similar to the Crucifixion of Jesus, and did not die.
4. A form of Shiva's Wife, Kali, who comes from Parvati's mouth as a Dark Cloud when she is Angry (Kali is the Goddess of Death, and Cremation), was once bringing together Women in order to kill all the Men in the World. And during this rampage, Shiva lay beneath Kali's feet, saying that she would have to kill him too. And she stopped.

The Shaivite Temple, FEIN 37-XXXXXXX, in it’s most recent incarnation, is a 501(c)(3) Religious Organization, founded in the State of Texas in 2009 and forced into Refuge in the State of Colorado by the Government of Texas. Rev. Ryan “Sasha” Gallagher is the Prophet and Minister of the Shaivite Temple, and the Formal Founder; but the Shaivite Temple, in it’s current incarnation, was Founded by the Guru, Baba, Father, Saint, Alexander “Sasha” Shulgin, PhD when he wrote PIHKAL and TIHKAL.

PIHKAL and TIHKAL are Shastra. Shastra are Sacred Scientific writings, I would compare them to the Shilpa/Silpa Shastra, in English “The Science of Arts and Crafts”, which is a book about Sacred Masonry, Sacred Metalurgy, and other Sacred Arts and Crafts. The Practitioners of the Silpa Shastra were void of Caste. In India there was a Caste System, which Historically was very present in the Society. Many Countries have had Caste Systems, America has a Caste System regarding Native Americans and Territories which are Controlled by Congress and not the Constitution; There are Hundreds of Federal Court Cases that refer to the White race as “The Superior Race”, in Mexico there is a Slogan, “La Raza” which people say Translates to “Family” in English, but literally directly translates to “The Race”. Ignoring Racism does not make you a Non-Racist, but Practitioners of the Shastras are void of Caste, void of Race. This is similar to the System of Freemasonry, which is a Mystery School, teaching responsibility and Historical Myth; through the keeping of Sacred Objects for Ritual and Seniority together with a Vote.

“In old Time it was no disrespect for Men and Women to be call’d by their own Names: Adam, was never called Master Adam; we never read of Noah Esquire, Lot Knight and Baronet, nor the Right Honourable Abraham, Viscount Mesopotamia, Baron of Carran; no, no, they were plain Men, honest Country Grasiers, that took Care of their Families and their Flocks. Moses was a great Prophet, and Aaron a Priest of the Lord; but we never read of the Reverend Moses, nor the Right Reverend Father in God, Aaron, by Divine Providence, Lord Arch-Bishop of Israel: Thou never sawest Madam Rebecca in the Bible, my Lady Rachel, nor Mary, tho’ a Princess of the Blood after the Death of Joseph, call’d the Princess Dowager of Nazareth; no, plain Rebecca, Rachel, Mary, or the Widow Mary, or the like: It was no Incivility then to mention their naked Names as they were expressed.”
Printed by Benjamin Franklin in The New-England Courant, February 18, 1723.

What we are instituting is a Mystery School. The most simple acknowledged Mystery in existence today is the Ceremony in which a Loaf of Bread and Chalice of Wine become the Body and Blood of the Christian Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, the 2nd most accepted Mystery, the one just underlying the Communion Mystery, is the Body of Christ in the Congregation coming together and the Church being the Mother. And if we look even just under this, there are various other Mysteries. For example, the Olmec San Pedro Cactus, San Pedro is not the Olmec word for this Cacti. The word San Pedro is Spanish for “Saint Peter”. Saint Peter, in Christian Tradition, stands at the Gates of Heaven, with the Book, separating the Sheep from the Goats. The reason the San Pedro Cactus is called the San Pedro Cactus today, is because the Catholic Jesuits, the Christian Missionaries in the United States, who taught North and South America the sexual act now called the “Missionary Position”; and called their Sacred Cactus “Saint Peter” and called one of their Gods Jehovah, the Father; another Mary, the Mother; and another Jesus, the Son. And told them that they were Christians now.

That was a Jesuit Mystery Tradition, to swap out Gods for the Christian Holy Trinity, and to Convert the Population. Hinduism does not Proselytize, Hinduism does not need to Proselytize. Hinduism is the Religion that has always existed. To explain the difference between Christianity and Hinduism, we will start with the Hindu Tradition of Cremation, and Reincarnation. This is much different from Christianity, in which the normal Tradition is to Bury the Dead, and let them go off to be sorted into Heaven and Hell. These are obviously very very different Traditions. And that is only Cultural Practices, and not getting into the Belief System of Hinduism. To explain the Belief System of Hinduism to a Westerner, which is the first thing you will have to understand to understand Hinduism, is that you are a Westerner; if you go to school in another State you get a different education, for example in 6th Grade in Texas there is a full year of Texas History, because Texas has that much History. If you grew up in a different Hemisphere, now comparing America to India, you obviously have a different Perspective. For example, most Americans do not know this but in the USA we have a Federalist Law System, while in India there is a Personal Law System, which was inherited from the British/Dutch Colonial Court. In the Federalist System, there is “a Constitution Paramount to Laws, not Laws Paramount to Prerogative” (get judges name); and the States create Laws. In a Personal Law System, there are groups which are semi-autonomous almost, and have their own Tribunals, and then the Federal Courts in India then rely heavily on those Tribunals to form their opinions in many cases. For example, Christians, Muslims, and Hindus all have different Laws for Marriage in India. So, if we now compare that to America, where the States are the Tribunal Bodies, Sovereign unto themselves, that is much different.

So if we are going to now actually explain this Religious Belief System to a Western Christian, we ought to refer to a Familiar System to the Western Christian Mind. Western Christianity grew up in Rome, which was a Polytheistic Pagan Society, which Worshiped many Gods, and had a System of Gods; they looked for Signs from those Gods, and they actively sought communication with these Gods, who themselves were fairly active in the lives of Humans, if not in Rome, in Greek and nearby Traditions, e.g. Homer’s Texts. But there is another Tradition, almost as familiar to the Western Christian mind, which is that of Ancient Egypt. Many Christians will automatically recognize Egyptian Tradition from the story of Moses, and “Pharaoh”. And we can use that as a starting point. During the time of Alexander the great, about 300 years before the Birth of the Christian Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ; when the Greeks came to Egypt, they were so shallow in their understanding of the Concept of Soul, that the only word they had was “Ego”.

In Ancient Egypt you have 5 or more Souls.

1. The first Soul is your Name, your Ren. Your name may survive you after Death, and a person is alive as long as their Name is spoken.
2. The second Soul is your Shadow, your Shuet. The Ancient Egyptians would preserve a Silhouette of a person, and it was considered to be their Soul, and this is where Statue Building comes from.
3. The third Soul is your Ba, this is comparable to your Christian Soul or the Intellect, this is your Mind. Your self. The thing that Science can not read by reading Brain Waves, or EEG, or X-Rays and isotopes, the Mind. The part that also makes each person Mentally Distinctive from one another.. It is represented in Egyptian Art by Horns coming out of the Head, because the word “Ba” also means “Ram” in the Egyptian Language. This is why it was acceptable to Sacrifice a Ram in place of your own person in Cases requiring Sacrifice. This most likely carried into Christianity through Judaism, as Moses (the Author of all Bible books before him, e.g. Adam, Eve, Abraham, Noah, etc) was raised as an Egyptian Prince before writing the Tenach/Talmud.
4. The forth Soul is the Ka, or the Life Spark. This is what makes you alive, this is what Doctors are testing for when you are unresponsive and they spray water in your ear, or when they test your reflexes with a little rubber hammer. This is related to your Mind, as well as your Brain, as well as your Nervous System and between your Spinal Cord and your Brain.
5. The Fifth Soul is the Akh, this is your Physical likeness. Your image, which may Appear in a Dream after Death and during Life.

Hinduism is very similar to the Egyptian Religion in the idea of Reincarnation. In the Egyptian Tradition there is the Scarab Beetle, also called a “Dung Beetle”. This Insect was seen to the Ancient Egyptian as a Butterfly. The Scarab begins its life as a tiny grub, then goes into Metamorphosis, and becomes a large Beetle, that then creates Spheres, in which is lays its Eggs and Rolls them around. The Ancient Egyptians compared the Actions of this Beetle the Movement of the Sphere (they knew about Spheres and did not believe in a Flat Earth as many people think, but instead an Underworld) known as the Sun through the Sky. The Scarab Beetle was called Khepri, “The Keeper”, and was seen as representative of the force that moved the Sun through the Sky. And everyday the Sun was seen to be coming out of a Battle in the Underworld, and escaping into the Sky, then at the end of every Day reentering the Underworld and again doing Battle. The Sun was called Ra, and the Moon was called Osiris; Ra’s Brother was called Set, and the Battle between Ra and Set was represented by a Snake and Rabbit and took many different forms through the 3,000+ Years of Egypt’s Existence.
This concept of the Sun, every Day dying and being Reborn, and the Scarab, laying Eggs in a Sphere, the Eggs hatching, becoming Beetles themselves and themselves laying Eggs and Rolling Spheres; is Reincarnation. The Egyptians believed in something almost between “Heaven” and “Reincarnation”. The Egyptians believed in an Afterlife, in which you could bring your Earthly possessions with you to, and something like a Hell in which you Soul was devoured by Anubis. But this Afterlife was seen as a full Reincarnation, was seen as even your Real Life, which Earth is only practice for; which is somehow also a Christian concept in that many Christians would claim that there Goal in their Life on Earth is to make it to Heaven in Death and live there for Eternity. So in many ways, the Egyptian Afterlife is an Example of a combination of the Heaven and Reincarnation Concepts, in a way that almost makes them the same. But in order to understand Hinduism you have to take one more Step. In order to understand Hinduism, you have to remove the Afterlife Concept, in which there is another Realm somewhere else completely, and understand that we are currently overlapping the Spirit World. In the Western Christian Language, this is known as the Temporal World, and the Ethereal/Spiritual World, and in Christianity this same Concept exists in the ideology of “Spiritual Warfare”, which is a Modern belief System in which Christians claim to be Warriors, in a Spiritual Battle, and they say that this Battle is for Souls. They claim that there are Angels and Demons, currently having a Battle, and they are on Earth; and that Humans are choosing sides. If we now take that Concept within Christianity, and compare it to Hinduism, but remove Heaven and Hell, then now the Spiritual Battle is an Earthly and Universal one. It is one that is not only happening within our Realm and around us on other Realms which are directly overlapping ours, but there is not a day when Jesus is coming back to save everyone; and you are reborn into this World over and over and over and over; and outside of the Temporal Realm, when you are Dead, you may be making various choices and possibly even reflecting or being educated, or actively existing in an Overlapping Reality to the Temporal Realm. Jesus doesn’t come save you, and you don’t end up in Heaven or Hell. You just keep coming back over and over. And this can be proven in many ways. For example, in small ways we acknowledge it ourselves everyday. You may say “You look like your Dad” or “You look like your Mom” or even “You look like your Grandfather”, there are modern DNA and Genealogy Systems that are showing people look like there Ancestors generations and generations back. This is a form of Reincarnation. Your Ashes may be used in Fertilizer for a Tree, and that Tree now contains Molecules, Physical Particles of you. Some people like to say “We are all Stardust” in reference to the idea that every Element in existence was formed in the Belly of a Star like our Sun. Reincarnation may also be in the form of Ideology, and Neural Synapses. The Human Brains operation is described as “Cognition” and you have something called “Schema”. You have a number of Neurons in your Brain (Neurons are also called “Brain-Cells”) and these Neurons are connected by Synapses, which are Electro-Chemical Reactions. Now, if you can gain the Schema of someone who is no longer alive, and create Neural Pathways in your Brain that have existed before, then you may bring forth Ideas and other Concepts that were thought to be Dead, you may Reincarnate them.

Polytheistic Religions, such as the Egyptian, Greek, and Hindu Religions; are almost Animistic. Animism is a system, usually Shamanistic in Nature, in which all Physical Objects are considered to have Souls; but, you may have people say “I am Spiritual, not Religious”. And in saying this, they are usually denying a Religious Structure, similar to the Modern Anti-Stateists, usually Libertarian, Anarcho-Capitalist, or Anarcho-Communist; who say that the State is imposing Taxes on everyone through force, and is then using that Money to do things they may not agree with, and again using force to make everyone accept it. But a Religion, and the Structure, does have advantages. Animism gives a Soul to everything. Hinduism, and other Polytheisms, give you Multiple Gods. God may have a Wife, and Children, and Brothers and Sisters, equals. God may be part of a Family of Gods, and you may actually choose a different God from your Family or your State, you may have a different God entirely.

And these Gods are Real, in that you can Witness and Experience them. And I would say that the Christian God, Jahovah, is just one of them. For example, there is a Minor God, a Diety, called Kalachakra. You may Experience Kalachakra now. In order to have a Glimpse at Kalachakra, first you must picture the hands of a Watch or Clock, ticking. Or actually look at a Watch or a Clock, and Recognize that each time it moves, that is a Second of Time moving forward. Then, think about the Concept of 1 Minute, you have likely done this before. 60 Seconds is 1 Minute. Then think about the Concept of an Hour, 60 Minutes. And a Day, 24 Hours. Actually take the Time to Conceptualize each of these. Then Conceptualize a Month, and recognize that 1 Month, 30 or 31 Days, only exists because of the Cycles of the Moon. A Month, is a “Moonth”. There are 12 Moon Cycles in 1 Year. So now, we are taking the Concept of 1 Second, the Movement of the hands of a Clock, and Extrapolating that to the Cycles of the Moon, of which there are 12 in a Year. The Moon becomes a Full Moon, and a New Moon, 12 Times every Year. Now you must realize that 1 Year is simply the Earth Moving around the Sun. 12 Moon Cycles is not a Measurement, except that it is the number of Cycles the Moon goes through in the same amount of Clock Movements that it takes for the Earth to go around the Sun 1 Time. And a 24 Hour Cycle is only important in that it is 1 Earth Revolution, 1 Twisting in a Circle motion of a giant rock in Space. So 365 Earth Spins within itself, exist within 1 Earth Spin around the Sun. Now, that is only important to us because we are on the Earth, which is only 1 Planet in a Constellation of Planets that are Spinning around the Sun together. The Sun itself is moving in the Milky Way Galaxy, in Time Periods which are called “Ages”, and we have recently moved from the Age of Pisces to the Age of Aquarius, which simply means “The Sun Calendar Switched Over”. Now, you have to look Larger than that. The Milky Way Galaxy is itself Moving. And the Universe itself is Moving. The timescales on this level, the Universal Timescale and trying to Contemplate it, is Kalachakra. Is a Minor God, a Deity. And you can feel it, it is Real.

In Ancient Egypt, the Sun was called Ra; in Greek, Apollo. In Hinduism, the Sun is called Surya. In Ancient Egypt, the Moon was called Osiris; in Greek, Luna. In Hinduism, Soma. In Hinduism there are innumerable Gods, no one actually knows how many Gods exist; but there are actually only 3 Gods. Creation, Destruction, and Preservation; which are actually all just 3 forms of 1 God, which is “Creation”. In Hinduism the Metaphor used is the Diamond, and Diamond Cutting is a Hindu Art, a Shastra. A Diamond has many Facets, or Faces, which the Light may move through in different ways and in different Directions and create different Colors, etc. And a Diamond, in order to become what we now Symbolically know it as as a Human Species, the Cut shape of what we now call a “Diamond” it must begin as a rough Stone, and that Stone must then be Destroyed, yet Preserved, in order to Create the Symbolic “Diamond” form from the rough Stone that many would not recognize as a Diamond. You can extrapolate that into any Art-form, things are “Destroyed” from their Natural state, to create a form suitable to Humans, and then used for formal “Creation”. In Hinduism Creation takes these 3 forms, and those 3 forms take many other forms, this is where all of the Hindu Gods come from and why the Hindu Gods have so many Faces.

The Creative force called “Destruction” is called the God Shiva. Shiva is the force that makes you Dance, Shiva is the Lord of Dance. He is also the Lord of Bhang, the God of Marijuana. I would say this Destruction, and all forms of Creation, are best represented in what is now called “Chemistry”, and in what was previously Alchemy. In Chemistry, things form New things; that is what Chemistry is. Shiva is a form of a more Ancient God called Pashupati, Pashupati was the Lord of the Animals in the Ancient Indus Valley Civilization. Pashupati later became the Greek God Pan, and the Hindu God Shiva; but in Hinduism, Pashupati is still acknowledged as an existent form of Shiva. But before Shiva, there was Rudra. Rudra is the “Roarer”, the “Shining One”, or the “Red One”, also “The God Who Plays With Poisons and Cures”. Rudra is the God who brings Sickness when it comes, but he is also the God you pray to in order to remove the Sickness. If you are killed by a Wild Animal while Hiking on a Mountain, Rudra killed you. This is similar to the Christian and Muslim God, the God of the Desert and Mountain, the Unforgiving Terrain, where you must follow “The Code” or you will be taken by Nature. Jesus came to give this God the Quality of Forgiveness, but he is a Jealous and Wrathful God. This is Rudra. Shiva came later, and is Rudra when he is Kind. Shiva is Rudra when he is Removing Illness or when a Cure is being Created for the Illness, Shiva is Rudra when the Animals are not Killing you, Shiva is Rudra when he is being Kind.

The Shaivite Temple, is the Temple of Lord Shiva.

The well known Mystery Schools involve Masonry, Boating/Wheels, Wine, Qabala, and Jesus on the Cross.

Then there is the Society of the Horseman's word represented by @budweiserusa and the Miller's word represented by @MillerLite

I am bringing back the Pashupati Mysteries through Christopher Columbus, who came to America but thought he had discovered a route to India. Creating the West Indies and tying American and Indian History together.

Humanity

Language and Fire were not created by our Species, and we are not in the 2nd Millennium. Our species, Homo Sapien, has been around for at least 100,000 years and language, through gestures, sounds and signaling, has existed for even longer, while the control of fire has existed for at least 1,000,000 years. Most people on Earth still have 1-4% Neanderthal DNA except for people living in Sub-Saharan Africa, who are 100% Homo Sapien and the only people who have the DNA of a third species are the Natives in Papua New Guinea, who have 4-6% Denisovan DNA.

At least 70,000 years ago the first example of human rituals can be found in Python Cave, in the Tsodilo Hills, Ngamiland, Botswana, and these rituals were practiced by the San people, who still live there today. A stone carved to look like it has scales was found, similar to a python which is a San holy animal, along with over 13,000 tools, shards of quartz and spear tips, some of which were used to carve the stone and some which were brought to the site from far and wide to be burned. The Tsodilo Hills are still considered sacred by the San people and are called the Mountains of the Gods or the Rock that Whispers. The Python Cave shows that humans have been having abstract thought since at least 70,000 years ago.

Around 50,000 years ago symbolic thought and careful selection of raw materials began to spread throughout humanity, which can be seen in the Diepkloof Ostrich egg carvings and Blombos Cave. This is when the first bedding was created from a plant called Imphepho, and this is the region where the flower known as Silene Udulata grows which is a well known dream herb used in the mixture called Ubulawu used by the Xhosa people. During this period, between 130,000 and 45,000 years ago, humans spread from Africa to Australia, possibly through what is called the Southern Dispersal Route. This route goes from Southern Africa, up through what is now the regions around Ethiopia and Saudi Arabia, to India, Indochina and Australia. Along this route seafood was a very important source of food and there are various examples of tools, arrowheads, pottery, cave carvings and paintings. The Bhimbetka Rock Shelters in what is now known Madhya Pradesh, India, are the site of the first paintings ever, which were created as long as 30,000 years ago and 700 similar sites have been found, some which belonged to the Bhimbetka people and others that belonged to the Lakha Juar people.

The Lake Mungo Remains are a group of skeletons in Australia who lived between 18,000 and 45,000 years ago, not all of them lived at the same time, but one of them may be the oldest examples of cremation in the World and they all represent the people who created a Religious system which has become known as Dreamtime. To the Australian Aboriginals the word Dreaming means time out of time or everywhen and is not exclusive to living beings. This is also around the same time the first Dogs were domesticated, and there are now 4 main strains of Dogs: Asian Dogs, Carolina Dogs (American), Dingos (Australian) and Singing Dogs (Papua New Guinea). Some of the first Domesticated Dogs have been found to have been fed Seafood. During this time, around 35,000 BC, the people of Japan also developed relationships with Dolphins, where the humans and the Dolphins would help each other fish.

The first plant that was ever farmed is the Fig tree, around 11,000 BC, at a site called Gesher near the border of the West Bank of Palestine and Jordan now. Fig trees can’t pollinate themselves and need something else to pollinate them, usually it is a bug known as a Fig wasp, but around 11,000 BC humans realized that we could do the same thing the wasps were doing, and keep an orchard. The fig is and has been considered sacred in various cultures.

Then around 10,000 BC the first Native Americans crossed from Siberia to Alaska, and around the same time the people at the Nabta Playa site in Egypt, who called themselves Kemet, were the first to map the stars. It is likely that they accomplished this by using lines drawn in the sand by Scarab beetles, who are known to follow the Moon and Stars as a guide at night. The scarab was also worshiped by the Egyptians in the form of the God Khepri. This is also when the throwing stick transitioned into the boomerang in various cultures, from Egypt to Australia. This is also about the same time the City of Dwarka was built, which is an Ancient city in India that is now submerged underwater. Sanskrit texts say that the city was founded by Lord Krishna and that it was submerged under the sea, but it was only discovered recently.

Around 5,000 BC, in Dabki, Poland, there is evidence of Farming Cultures coming together with Hunter Gatherer cultures in order to trade across the Sea. Many types of pottery have been found, an important example is pottery the Funnel Beaker culture, as well as various materials made from animals, such as leather cords, carved antler tools, and various other materials.

Around 4000 BC in Armenia, there was the first mass production of Wine. Soon after this, around 3,500 BC, Horses were domesticated in the area that is now Kazakhstan to Armenia, first by the Botai people.
The first wheel appeared shortly after this, about 3000 BC, in Sumeria. The wheel became a Religious symbol, with spokes representing different things to different cultures, and the movement representing the movement of the Sun, Stars and Planets. Soon after the Egyptians mapped the sky, the Egyptians and Sumerians began mapping Planets, the movements of Planets, Star systems, etc. The Egyptians, or the people of Kemet, mapped a calendar close to our calendar by creating walls to act as fake horizons, and making marks on the wall every day when the Sun came up. At the end of the year, after making a mark every day, the Sun would go back to where it started and they would have 365 marks. The Moon cycles gave them the months, so they also had 12 Months, or Moon-ths. The word Saturday comes from Saturn, Sunday comes from the Sun, Monday comes from the Moon, and so on. This system is actually based on the Ogdoad, which is a system of Gods which can be found in various Religions, also called the 7 Heavens or 7 Heavenly bodies in Christianity which did not exist at this time.

Around 2600 BC, about 500 years after Upper and Lower Egypt were united as one nation by King Scorpion II, an Egyptian named Imhotep invented Medicine, Surgery, Stairs, Columns and the first Pyramid, known as the Step Pyramid. A temple was built for Imhotep when he died, which became something like the first Hospital, and he was later worshiped in the form of a God. The Ancient Egyptians were also aware of petroleum products, which they used for painting and waterproofing. They were also aware of electricity, in the form of static electricity and the Electric Eel which they called the Thunderer of the Nile. By this time Religion and Art had become much more sophisticated, and Gods were important and powerful Mnemonic devices with each Temple being like a specialized University. In the same time period, between 3,300 BC and 1,700 BC, the Indus Valley civilization flourished, which was the precursor to Hinduism. The Indus Valley Civilization was the first to create a city in a grid shape, and shared many ideas and a few Gods with the early Greeks. Around 2,000 BC the Island of Crete advanced, having a position in the middle of the Mediterranean, mixing a few elements of the Egyptian, Eurasian and European cultures. Just after this, around 1,800 BC, Babylon was created and expanded. Around 1,500 BC the Vedas were written in India in the Sanskrit language, starting with the Rig Veda, which created Hinduism. At the same time the first signs of Greek culture began to appear, and Phoenicia was founded, which was a Kingdom that encompassed Israel, Lebanon, Jordan, Palestine and Syria, the Capital of Phoenicia was in Byblos and eventually moved to Tyre, and according to the Old Testament, Israel was ruled by their first Judges which were similar to Kings. The Phoenicians invented Royal Purple Dye, called Tyrian Purple, using Conches, as well as Crimson and Blue, they also created the most advanced boats of the time, the first clear glass and various languages. The word Europe comes from the Phoenician Goddess Europa, and the Phoenicians were the inspiration of the Greek Phoenix. In modern Turkey during this period, Phrygia was growing, which is where the Phrygian cap, also known as the Liberty cap, comes from.

Around 800 BC Carthage was founded by the Phoenician, Punic, Queen Dido. Carthage was in North Africa, in modern day Tunisia, Libya, Morocco & Algeria. During this time the Greek culture also grew, expanding Math and Philosophy. At about the same time Zoroaster created Zoroastrianism, which put all the Babylonian Gods into one God, which created the first Religion with only one God, as well as a modern Astronomical Religion. In 782 BC the City of Yerevan was founded as the Capital of Armenia, and in 753 BC the City of Rome was founded which would become the Capital of Italy. Around 500 BC in India, Siddhartha became the first Buddha and created Buddhism, at the same time the Persian empire was established by Cyrus. Around 300 BC Philip II made Macedonia a great Kingdom, and then Alexander the Great took over after him and expanded it into a massive Empire reaching all the way to modern Pakistan. These two empires created the Hellenistic Era, which is when the East and the West really got to know each other. Statue making spread from Egypt and Greece to Asia and India where statue making is now an important part of Religion, and Spices, Dyes, Plants and Animals came from Asia and India to Egypt and Greece, while knowledge moved both ways. 2 Major influential books from this time are Aegyptiaca, by Manethos and Babyloniaca, by Berrosus. Aegyptiaca means: the History of Egypt, and Babyloniaca means: the History of Babylon, this is also when the Library of Alexandria was established in Egypt as well as the first Musaeum.

Around 200 BC Rome went to war with Carthage in the First and Second Punic wars, at this time Sicily had just switched from being part of Carthage to being part of Italy, and Carthage lost control of the sea to Rome. On the Carthaginian side the war as primarily fought by the Barca family, on the Roman side it was fought by over-eager Politicians who sustained great loss for Rome due to their arrogance, and it got so bad that at one time they are said to have banned the word Peace. Fighting Hannibal Barca is where Rome learned most of their Military tactics. In 196 BC the Rosetta Stone was created, if it had not been created the Egyptian language would be a complete mystery to us. Around 100 BC an Orator named Cicero changed Politics and Language in ways that shaped modern Politics and Democracy. In 27 BC the Roman Empire was founded by Roman Fraternities and around 0 BC Jesus challenged the Roman Empire and was killed. Then in 64 AD Rome burned while Nero played a fiddle.

Around 300 AD Constantine became the first Christian Roman Emperor after seeing the cross in a dream, on it were the words: In this sign you conquer. In 330 AD he founded the City Constantinople, which is now the City called Istanbul in what is now Turkey. Around 600 AD Mohammed composed the Quran and in the period following this, Mosques became centers of knowledge and science. Most things beginning with ‘Al’ were created by the Arabic peoples, such as Alchemy which is the precursor to Chemistry, Electronic Engineering, etc, or pure Alcohol which is used for everything from Chemistry applications to a recreational beverage and is banned for that use in many Muslim countries, or Algebra which is a useful form of Math. Around 1,000 AD different Muslim groups were feuding and the Assassins, called the Hashashins then, were formed. At the same time The Poor Knights of Christ were formed, which was a Christian group who made pilgrimages to Holy sites and followed the words of Jesus to: Sell your cloak and buy a sword. The Poor Knights of Christ later became the Knights Templar. This is also when the Crusades flared up.

In 1,215 AD the Magna Carta was signed by a large group of European rulers, taking the power of the courts out of the hands of Kings or Queens and putting it into the hands of the people by establishing Juries and Rights, as well as paving the way for Parliaments. Around this time Islam was spreading through Africa, creating Cities like Timbuktu. Around 1,400 AD Leonardo Da Vinci became a famous artist, creating rough blueprints for the first Tank, Helicopter and Scuba suit. And in 1,492 AD Christopher Columbus sailed to America looking for a trade route to India. India is the only large scale Civilization which is still practicing the same Ancient Religion, using the same Ancient Temples that they always have. Around 1,600 AD Galileo began mapping the Sky using the Telescope. Soon after this Isaac Newton discovered a force that pulls all objects, planets and stars towards each other, which he called Gravity. In 1,698 AD the Steam Engine was invented, and around 1,700 AD various Electronic devices began to be invented. During this time Galvani discovered that there is electricity in all living beings.

In 1,776 AD the American Colonies Declared Independence, and the Constitution was written by Thomas Jefferson with help from Benjamin Bannecker. In 1,799 AD Alessandro Volta discovered Electrolytes and created the first Battery. Between 1,820 and 1,830 AD the first Electromagnetic Engines were created and Faraday’s law was written. In 1,837 AD Stein Hill proposed that the Earth could be used as a Circuit and that Earth’s magnetic field had Electrical Currents. In 1,839 AD Alexandre Edmond Becquerel discovered Photovoltaics, now called Solar Power. In 1,840 AD the Telegraph was invented and soon after this Morse Code was invented by Samuel Morse. In 1,858 AD the Transatlantic cable was put in place in order to facilitate communication across the Atlantic Ocean. In 1,861 AD Faraday’s law was expanded on by Maxwell’s equations. Then in 1,863 AD Abraham Lincoln gave the Emancipation Proclamation freeing slaves in the United States. In 1,879 AD Thomas Edison invented the lightbulb as well as fuses and microphones, then between 1,882 AD and 1,902 AD Oliver Heaviside, a self-taught Electrical Engineer, reformulated Electrical Theories laying the groundwork for modern Electrical Engineering and the modern AT&T. At the same time, between 1,886 AD and 1,900 AD Nikola Tesla invented Alternating Current (AC), the Rotating Electric Field, Radio, Wireless transmission, Quadrapolar Polarity, the Tesla Oscillator, the Tesla X-ray, the Tesla Coil, the Tesla Turbine and the Tesla Principle. Nikola Tesla was friends with Swami Vivekananda who brought the first Hindu Temples to the United States in that same time period. In the 1,890’s AD Charles Proteus Steinmetz reformulated some of Nikola Tesla’s work in a way that Electrical Engineers of the time could grasp, laying the groundwork for General Electric (GE). Steinmetz with Ernst Alexanderson expanded on Nikola Tesla’s invention of Wireless transmission, which expanded Radio and lead to Television. In 1,903 AD the Wright Brothers created the first Airplane, in 1,908 AD Henry Ford invented the Model T.

Between 1,905 AD and 1,939 AD Albert Einstein proposed his theories, between 1,914 AD and 1,918 AD WWI split up the Ottoman Empire, then in the 1,920’s AD Marcus Garvey created the Black Pride movement and Noble Drew Ali created the Moorish Science Temple, then in 1,927 AD Philo Farnsworth created the first Image Dissector Camera Tube, which allowed for the first fully electronic Television. And between 1,939 AD and 1,945 AD WWII was fought and the first and only Atomic Bomb was used in a War.

I wrote this about 5 years ago as a kind of key to PIHKAL and TIHKAL. Not in place of them, but like a Teachers Manual, pointing out lessons the book is kind of hiding at first, second and third glance.

I have begun putting together the 2nd Edition, with a 2nd Volume as well.

The Future of Pharmacology and Soma
(CYP450 Enzymes, Biochemistry, Prodrugs, Phenethylamines, Allylbenzenes, Anti-Oxidants, Inhibitors, Inducers)

If you have not read PIHKAL over and over and over in actual book form, then you may not have noticed this.
Sasha mentions the Magical Half Dozen, which is 2C-I, etc
He mentions the 10 Classic Ladies, which is Florence, Ganesha, etc.

But he also mentions that it may be possible to create Molecules using your own liver by turning different enzymes on and off. Then on one of the recipes he gives you a list of all the Phenethylmaines that can be found in your Kitchen's Spice Cabinet, and then throughout PIHKAL he gives you the recipes for each of those Phenethylamines. He says that they just need to be Aminized, either in your liver or in a lab, and they will become active. This theory has been proven by what is now called Oilahuasca. If you mix different things together you can get different effects from different Molecules, it is based on the idea of Pro-Drugs and CYP450 Enzymes (Similar to MAOs which are effected by MAOIs). Some people have reported Psychedelic effects from Mixing just Coffee, Almond, Cinnamon, Vanilla and Nutmeg.

This is similar to how Saffrole, from Sassafras, can be used to make MDA or Ecstasy.

From the person who Discovered Oilahuasca

The benzene ring has 6 positions. In the graphical layout given below the following color guide is used:

position 1 = black (the important allyl side chain, required for conversion to an alkaloid)
position 2 = brown (a methoxy group here seems to cause LSD-like mental effects)
position 3 = red
position 4 = green (must be a methoxy or methylenedioxy group for psychedelic activity)
position 5 = blue (a methoxy or methylenedioxy group here seems to enhance visuals)
position 6 = purple (a methoxy group here probably adds speedy effects)

Position 1 has the allyl side chain hanging off of it. It's the same for all allylbenzenes. This is the part of the allylbenzene that reacts in the body to form a dimethylamine, piperidine, or pyrrolidine alkaloid, if digested properly. The details of this are discussed elsewhere.

In order to have psychedelic activity, position 4 must be a methoxy group. It can be tied to another methoxy group on position 5, as it is with myristicin and others. Two methoxy groups tied together are called a methylenedioxy group.

Position 4 cannot be a hydroxy group as it is in eugenol, hydroxychavicol, and chavicol. This can only lead to stimulant effects, not psychedelic effects.

At the bottom of the chart you can see eugenol, hydroxychavicol, and chavicol. These posses no psychedelic activity, even when properly metabolized. These are the only allylbenzenes in the chart that have a hydroxy group on the 4 position.

Above that we have methyl eugenol, chavibitol, and methyl chavicol. Methyl chavicol and methyl eugenol have psychedelic activity when properly metabolized. The effects of chavibitol are unknown, but are probably like a cross between methyl eugenol and methyl chavicol. The 5 position being a methoxy group seems to improve visual effects.

Above that we have croweacin, apiole, and safrole. Apiole and safrole are psychedelic when metabolized properly. Croweacin is a positional isomer of myristicin. It's activity is not known. It's very likely similar to myristicin, but probably more speedy like apiole. The 6 position being a methoxy group seems to add amphetamine style speedy effects.

Above that we have the ever so popular myristicin, and then dillapiole and the rare sarisan. Both myristicin and dillapiole are psychotic when properly metabolized. The activity of sarisan is unknown. It is a positional isomer of myristicin. It has a methoxy group on the 2 position instead of the 3 position. This probably gives it LSD-like mental effects which are attributed to dillapiole and gamma-asarone rather than myristicin.

Above that we have elemicin, 2,3,4,5-tetramethoxy-allylbenzene, and gamma-asarone. Elemicin is the only one of these that's known to have psychedelic activity when properly metabolized. When properly metabolized, it's effects are similar to myristicin, but more like mescaline. It has the same positional substitutions as myristicin, only the 4 and 5 positions are not tied together. Gamma-asarone is a positional isomer of elemicin and is probably the main active psychedelic compound in calamus oil from Nepal. The methoxy group on the 2 position is probably the reason calamus oil from Nepal has LSD-like mental effects shared by dillapiole and absent from most of the other allylbenzenes. I have no idea if 2,3,4,5-tetramethoxy-allylbenzene is active or not.

For those of you that are unaware, MDMA is primarily manufactured from the safrole found in sassafras essential oil.

Many bioassays of sassafras and even pure safrole show little activity. Usually a slight sedative effect, and very mild MDMA-like effect might be felt if you’re lucky. Although a few people report almost full blown MDMA-like effects from sassafras as is, most people get no effects. This points in the direction of human metabolism altering the effects of safrole.

AFOAF once tried sassafras with a CYP1A2 inhibitor: German chamomile. This experiment produced stimulant effects unlike the effects had from just sassafras alone. There was mild euphoria, and some possible mild visuals effects.

Safrole is primarily inactivated by conversion into 1-hydroxysafrole by CYP2A6. German chamomile primarily inhibits CYP1A2, so AFOAF was using the wrong inhibitor, but it was somewhat effective.

Cinnamon bark oil is a potent CYP2A6 inhibitor. This should theoretically prevent CYP2A6 from turning safrole into 1-hydroxysafrole.

My theory is that about 2-5 grams of cinnamon, or 5-10 drops of cinnamon essential oil will contain enough cinnamaldehyde to inhibit CYP2A6 and allow MDMA-like effects to be experienced from sassafras or sassafras oil.

This is only a theory. As of yet AFOAF has not tried this. He will try this very soon. Incidentally, it is the 1-hydroxysafrole which is primarily formed by CYP2A6 which is considered weakly carcinogenic and not safrole itself. So by using cinnamon oil, the weak potential carcinogenicity of safrole should be greatly reduced.

For his test he plans on using German chamomile oil at 3 drops along with the cinnamon bark oil at 6 drops. He will use sassafras bark, freshly ground, extracted into milk with lecithin, just like how you make kava. This is the best way to extract the safrole without using a solvent. He will take the sassafras milk and the oils at the same time. Hopefully this produces an MDMA-like effect. We will see.

Here's a picture of what the CYP2A6 enzyme in humans does to safrole. Once converted to 1-hydroxysafrole by CYP2A6, it becomes much more polar (the XLogP drops from 3 way down to 1.9!), and so it's far more difficult for it to enter the brain, meaning it should be far less psychedelic (assuming that safrole is actually psychedelic before this conversion). For maximum entry into the brain, CYP2A6 should be inhibited to prevent this conversion. It’s possible that CYP1A2 might be able to perform this very same conversion (it does so with methyl chavicol and elemicin), so it too should be inhibited.

On the right you can see MDMA for comparison purposes. See how 1-hydroxysafrole is less like MDMA than safrole is? The XLogP3 of safrole is 3, MDMA is 2.2, and 1-hydroxysafrole is 1.9, being the most polar of the three. Safrole should more easily cross the blood brain barrier than MDMA, but once attacked by CYP2A6 enzymes, safrole turns into 1-hydroxysafrole, and that should help prevent it from entering the brain.

Later...
Well it was tried a few hours ago.

AFOAF used 5 grams of sassafras bark, 1 gram of lecithin, ground to powder, then mixed with 1 cup of steaming hot milk and 2 ml of vegetable oil. This was left to sit for 2 hours and was then filtered. It was super hard to filter. Decanting would be a better idea.

He then mixed 6 drops of cinnamon bark oil and 3 drops of German chamomile oil into it. The German chamomile would not mix into it and just floated to the top. He mixed it as good as he could and drank it down.

Its been about 3 hours and he feels NICE. There's very obvious euphoria. Sense of touch is enhanced. He feels good. There's no sedation felt at all. It’s mildly psychedelic.

This seemed to work. But he doesn’t know what MDMA really feels like so he can’t compare it to MDMA. It does feel like a phenethylamine though. It’s very different from taking sassafras on its own.

This is a light dose. I think 10-20 grams of bark would be much better.

I would love to hear what others more familiar with MDMA think about this combination. It seems to have worked to produce an MDMA-like effect, but until others more familiar with MDMA test this out, we should take that statement as simply a guess.

Procedure

I found this page that gives dosages, for activators at least
http://herbpedia.wikidot.com/oilahuasca-activators

Procedure, in plain English:

Pepper would be made into a tea. Solids filtered out.

Then you would get some Anise Oil, B9 or Valerian Root (of Chinese Origin)

So that is your Pepperidine, and you activators. Now you need your Enzyme Inhibitors. You can add L-Lysine, but it is not necessary.

Vanilla and Cinnamon work, pick one or both. You also need the Aldehyde structure from one of these.

Next. German Chamomile, Cayenne Pepper Capsules or Tangerine Skin extract/capsules

Then
Almond extract, Anise Oil (if you already had it), Cinnamon, Lemon peel oil, Lime peel oil, or a cigarette or nicotine gum if you can't find anything else.

Then
CBD, Echinacea Purea, Pomegranate, Pummelo, or Calamus Oil.

Then
Clove oil, Catechin, Dill seed Oil or Goldenseal.

Then Kudzu or Glycerin or Caffeine

Not all of these things are neccisarry, but if you do 1 thing in each list, you should get very strong effects from whatever you take.

The best thing to take is Sweet Basil Extract, in it's pure form, it is known as Methyl Chavicol.

Take all that other stuff like 30 minutes to an hour before the Basil Extract, and redose the B9, Anise or Valerian root to keep the effects going without taking more.

Science

Graviola- 5-HT1a Agonist
Black Cohosh- 5-HT1A, 5-HT1D & 5-HT7 Binding
C. Foetida L.- 5-HT1A Agonist
Yokukansan- 5-HT1A Agonist
DMT hits all of these, and can be found in tons of plants.

Black Cohosh- 5-HT1D
maybe Rhodiola rosea, Albizia lebbeck & Albizia julibrissin.

5-HT1 Receptor Agonists:
Turmeric, Ginger, Ginko Bilboa, Lemon Essential Oil, Rauwolfia, Valerian, Yohimbe

Elmicin & Myristicin (in Nutmeg)- 5-HT2A Agonist
Estragole (in Sweet Basil)- 5-HT2A Agonist
Safrole (in Sassafras)- 5-HT2A Agonist

Cinnamon Bark- CYP2A6 & CYP2E1 Inhibitor (It will deplete your liver's Glutithione) Taken 1 Hour before Allybenzene,
Clove Leaf- CYP2C9, CYP3A4, CYP1A1 & CYP1B1 Inhibitor
German Chamomile- CYP1A2 Inhibitor (Caffeine may also do this)
GoldenSseal & Echinacea purpurea very effectively do the same thing.
Black seed oil, 50% EGCG, Valerian root oil, Pomegranate, Vitamin B9, 40% Ellagic extract, Rooibos 20% Gallic acid extract, Rutin, B3 & Kudzu

AllylBenzenes
Anethole, Apiol, Asarone, Carpacin, Chavibetol, Chavicol, Dillapiole, Eugenol, Isoeugenol, Isosafrole, Methyl Eugenol, Methyl Isoeugenol,

since Cinnamon is a Phenylpropanoid, and Phenylpropanoids are made from Phenelalamine, and people who took Phenelalamine claim to get better results. I decided to post a list of Phenylpropanoids also.
Caffeyl Alcohol, Cinnamaldehyde, Cinnamyl alcohol, alpha-Cyno-4-hydroxycinnamic acid, Ethyl Cinnamate, Lignin, 2,4-Methlenedioxypropiophenone, Neoflavonoids, Nordihydroguaiaretic acid, Phenylpropanoic acid, Phloretic acid, Rhododendrin & Suberin.

Star Anise Extract or B9 for CYP2C9 Induction

NMDA Receptor Plants:
Uncaria Rhynchophyllia
Psychotria Colorata
Huperzia Serrata

Most important things:
CYP2C9 Induction
Alcohol Dehydrogenase Induction
Aldehyde Dehydrogenase Inhibition
Piperidine and or Dimethylamine Supplementation
Methyl from foods
Exercise or compounds that produce effects like exercise

Less important, but still factors:
SSAO Inhibition (Caffeine, Phenethylamine, Phenelalamine, Tryptamine)
MAO-A Induction
MAO-B Induction
NDMA Antagonism
Prolactin Inhibition

Hungarian Parsley Seed is a better source of Myristicin than Nutmeg. The effects of it when activated properly are said to be like Mescaline and MDMA together. The P450 Enzymes CYP1A2 & CYP3A4 are what break this down and need to be inhibited. CYP2D6 could also play a big role.

Elmicin is something you either need Chromotography type knowledge to get, or you have to buy it in small quantities. When activated properly it is like Mescaline, when activated wrong it is like Melatonin (sleepy). CYP1A1, CYP1B1, CYP1A2, CYP2A6, CYP2C9, CYP2A6, CYP2C9 & CYP2E1 are what are needed to be inhibited to activate this. CYP2D6 could also play an important role.

Safrole is like MDMA when activated properly and like Melatonin when not. CYP2A6, CYP2C9, and CYP2E1 are most important for this. CYP2D6 could also be important.

Methyl Chavicol when activated properly is like a light speedy LSD, when activated wrong it is said to be almost like Marijuana. CYP1A2 and CYP2A6 inhibit it, and CYP2D6 could also be important.

If the CYP2D6 Enzyme is inhibited with all the others, these are possibly visually hallucinogenic Oilahuascas. And the Methyl Chavicol doesn't build a tolerance (the others do) it actually gets stronger for you every time you use it, or you can use less.

Several allylbenzenes have been proven to form up to 3 alkaloid metabolites after ingestion by several animals.[2][3] They do not form amphetamines in vivo as has been speculated in the past. The alkaloids detected in animal urine are tertiary aminopropiophenones of 3 possible subtypes: dimethylamines, piperidines, and pyrrolidines.[1][2][3][4]

The allylbenzene elemicin has been proven to form all 3 different alkaloid metabolites after ingestion in animals by analyzing urine using gas-liquid chromatography and chemical ionization mass spectrometry.[1]

Safrole is also proven to form all three alkaloid metabolites after ingestion.[2]

Myristicin appears to only form piperidines and pyrrolidines. Dimethylamines of myristicin have not been detected.[3]

Allylbenzene, from which all allylbenzenes are derived, forms piperidine and dimethylamine alkaloids.[4]

Propenylbenzene and its derivatives (asarone, anethole, etc.) do not form alkaloid metabolites.[4]

Here is how it works

CYP Enzymes (Drug Metabolism, etc)

Induction and Inhibition (Anti-Oxidants, etc)

All inhibitors of oxidative 17bHSD2 will prevent activation of allylbenzenes. This enzyme must be induced, not inhibited. It's the single most important enzyme to induce. If oxidative 17bHSD2 is not functioning, allylbenzenes cannot produce psychedelic activity. Naringenin also potently inhibits 17bHSD2. Grapefruit contains large amounts of naringenin, and also prevents the psychedelic action of allylbenzenes if taken before allylbenzenes. Inhibition lasts approximately 4-8 hours.

Oilahuasca Diet

Here's a list of all known 17bHSD2 inhibitors that should be avoided 4-8 hours prior to using allylbenzenes:
•Quercetin and all food or supplements containing large amounts of it.
•Apples (0.0263% quercetin)[6]
•Cabbage (0.01% quercetin)[6]
•Cranberry (0.025% quercetin)[6]
•Evening-Primrose (20% quercetin)[6]
•Galangin and all food or supplements containing large amounts of it.
•Garlic (0.02% quercetin)[6]
•Grapefruit (contains naringenin, kaempferol, galangin, and quercetin)
•Himalayan Mayapple (1.2% quercetin)[6]
•Kaempferide and all food or supplements containing large amounts of it.
•kaempferol and all foods that contain large amounts it.
•Mayapple (5% quercetin)[6]
•Naringenin and all food or supplements containing large amounts of it.
•Neem (0.1% Quercetin)[6]
•Oats (0.031% Quercetin)[6]
•Onions (4.81% quercetin).[6]
•Orange (4.58% naringenin)[6]
•Tea (10-25 mg/L quercetin, 6.3-17 mg/L kaempferol [7]).[6]
•Tomato (contains kaempferol, naringenin)
•Yuzu (contains naringenin)

Tasting

Sasha used to invent brand new Molecules that had never been recorded before, and then he would taste them to discover their effects.

Here is how tasting works.

He would invent a new Molecule, similar in structure to an existing molecule. And he would use different tests to see what the Molecule looked like, for example he had a machine that could tell him a few things, and if you put bromide on a molecule and it turns to blood colored or white you can tell it has different things attached to it.

Then, he would take this new Molecule, measure out 1µg and eat it.

Then over 3-4 days he would record the effects, if any, using a scale of +, ++, +++ or ++++
And the 3rd or 4th day he would take 5µg

Then 3-4 days later 10µg

Then 3-4 days later 15µg

Until he found the threshold dosage. At which point he would invite others to try it so he could see how it effected different people. Then they would compare the effects to other things they had taken and determine the Structure Activity Relationship (SAR).

The Shulgin Scale
+, ++, +++, ++++ or +1, +2, +3, +4
+1= Tipsy
+2= High/Drunk, etc. But you could still go to the store
+3= If you went in public, people would say "I think that person is on something"
+4= Seeing God

And now people say "Threshold/Weak", "Medium", "Strong" in terms of that moments mental effects or the effects of a dosage, but Shulgin had things like "Museum Doses" where he would take like 10mg of 2C-I so that the Museum would come alive.

I found this page that gives dosages, for activators at least
http://herbpedia.wikidot.com/oilahuasca-activators

Also, Anti-Oxidants have been used like MAOIs in some of these mixtures.

Myristicin Extract, which is made from Nutmeg, can also be used in place of Methyl Chavicol from Basil.

The effects can range from Ecstasy like to Mescaline like, depending if you do it kind of right or all right.

Also, I have not tried this. There is a structure very similar to Propofol in Thyme called Thymol, but it is broken down in the stomach. So it may be possible to use Thyme extract and digest it like Propofol.

And according to Wikipedia
Thymol has been shown to act as a positive allosteric modulator of GABAa in vitro.

For more information look up Oilahuasca, and share any new info or experiences here. This is probably the most through guide about what plants can be used.

A lot of people wonder at some point at some time in their lives "What makes a Religion a Religion?" and this is what the Courts say:
One of the most important indicia of 'a religion' is that the particular collection of ideas and/or practices involves belief in the supernatural, that is to say, belief that reality extends beyond that which is capable of perception by the senses. If that be absent, it is unlikely that one has 'a religion'.

(1) Ultimate Ideas: Fundamental Questions about life, purpose and death
(2) Metaphysical Beliefs: Beliefs addressing a reality that transcends the physical and immediate apparent world
(3) Moral and Ethical System: Proscription of a particular manner of acting or a way of life that is moral or ethical
(4) Comprehensive Beliefs: An overarching array of beliefs that coalesce to provide the believer with answers to many of the problems and concerns that confront humans
(5) Accouterments of Religion: The presence of various external signs of Religion

GALLAGHER v. AUSTIN POLICE DEPARTMENT
No. 1:16-CV-527-RP.
RYAN GALLAGHER, Plaintiff, v. AUSTIN POLICE DEPARTMENT, Defendant.

United States District Court, W.D. Texas, Austin Division.

March 22, 2017.

Editors Note
Applicable Law: 28 U.S.C. § 1331
Cause: 28 U.S.C. § 1331 Federal Question: Other Civil Rights
Nature of Suit: 440 Civil Rights: Other
Source: PACER

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case
Ryan Gallagher, Plaintiff, Pro Se.

Austin Police Department, Defendant, represented by Brandon W. Carr , City of Austin, Shelly Singh , City of Austin Law Department & Meghan L. Riley , City of Austin Law Department.

ORDER
ROBERT PITMAN
, District Judge.
Before the Court is Defendant Austin Police Department's Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings. (Dkt. 15). Having considered the pleadings, the factual record, and the relevant case law, the Court issues the following order.
BACKGROUND
Plaintiff Ryan Gallagher filed an action against the Austin Police Department in state court on February 24, 2016. Defendant Austin Police Department ("APD") removed the action to this Court on April 29, 2016.
Plaintiff's Complaint spans nearly 150 pages, but the relevant factual allegations are stated briefly. Plaintiff appears to be an ordained minister of the Universal Life Church and runs a religiously oriented business of selling seeds, herbs, fruits, and vegetables. Plaintiff states that he "is a Hindu and practices Neurospirituality," which appears to involve the use of nootropics. Plaintiff's examples of these substances include syneperine, tryptophan, and holy basil seeds, which, according to Plaintiff, "are grown for Lord Krishna, and are definitely not illegal."
In the week before he filed his lawsuit, Plaintiff alleges that police seized around 100,000 items, including basil, mango, peaches, pickling cucumbers, along with his nootropics. Plaintiff states that the items were seized "on the ground that it did not show up as Cocaine, Methamphetamine or Heroine," and that the narcotics sergeant told the other officers to take everything because they could not identify it, though almost everything was labeled.
Plaintiff has alleged that this seizure has damaged his business because he cannot sell his seed inventory or make a nootropic blend. At the time he filed his Complaint, Plaintiff also alleged he would miss the growing season so he would be unable to restock his inventory or grow herbs for food or religious use. Plaintiff alleges that the conduct of the APD officers violated his Fourth and Fourteenth Amendment rights.
Defendant APD filed this motion for judgment on the pleadings on January 26, 2017. Plaintiff has so far filed no response.
LEGAL STANDARD
A motion for judgment on the pleadings under Rule 12(c) "is subject to the same standards as a motion to dismiss under Rule 12(b)(6)." In re Great Lakes Dredge & Dock Co. LLC, 624 F.3d 201, 209-10 (5th Cir. 2010). Accordingly, the court must accept "all well-pleaded facts as true, viewing them in the light most favorable to the plaintiff." In re Katrina Canal Breaches Litig., 495 F.3d 191, 205 (5th Cir. 2007). The plaintiff must plead sufficient facts to "state a claim for relief that is plausible on its face." Bell Atl. Corp. v. Twombly, 550 U.S. 544, 570 (2007). The court must initially identify pleadings that are no more than legal conclusions not entitled to the assumption of truth, then assume the veracity of well-pleaded factual allegations and determine whether those allegations plausibly give rise to an entitlement to relief. If not, "the complaint has alleged—but it has not `show[n]'—`that the pleader is entitled to relief.'" Ashcroft v. Iqbal, 556 U.S. 662, 679 (2009) (quoting Fed. R. Civ. P. 8(a)(2)).
DISCUSSION
APD argues that the Court should grant judgment on the pleadings for three reasons: (1) APD is not a separate legal entity capable of being sued; (2) Plaintiff has failed to adhere to statutory prerequisites to suit; and (3) Plaintiff's claims are not supported by his alleged facts. Because the Court finds the first reason to be dispositive, it does not reach the others.
APD is a subdivision of the City of Austin and "cannot pursue a suit on its own unless it is `a separate and distinct corporate entity.'" Darby v. Pasadena Police Dep't, 939 F.2d 311, 313 (5th Cir. 1991). "nless the true political entity has taken explicit steps to grant the servient agency with jural authority, the agency cannot engage in any litigation except in concert with the government itself." Id. at 313-14. APD lacks status as a separate entity and thus is not capable of being sued. Rivera v. Mike, No. A-11-CA-275-LY, 2011 WL 6025875, at *3 (W.D. Tex. Dec. 2, 2011). Accordingly, Plaintiff's claims against APD must be dismissed. It appearing that there are no other defendants in this action, this dismissal is dispositive of Plaintiff's case.
CONCLUSION
For the foregoing reasons, the Court GRANTS APD's Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings and thus DISMISSES Plaintiff's claims. (Dkt. 15).

UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT EASTERN DISTRICT OF LOUISIANA

JEREMY DON KERR CIVIL ACTION
VERSUS NO. 13-525
NEW ORLEANS POLICE DEPARTMENT, SECTION: “F”ET AL.

ORDER Before the Court is the New Orleans Police Department's motionto dismiss under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6). For thereasons that follow, the motion is GRANTED.BackgroundThis lawsuit arises out of an allegedly illegal search andseizure conducted during a routine traffic stop. The plaintiff, who is proceeding in this case pro se,generally alleges that on March 20, 2012, during a routine trafficstop, New Orleans Police Officers illegally searched his vehicleand seized his "legal business inventory of items valued at notless than $3,000." The plaintiff alleges he runs a legal business, validly registered with the Louisiana Secretary of State, calledK&B Organics. The plaintiff further alleges that one officertransferred the seized items to the other officers and thenultimately to a DEA Special Agent, who retained the items fornarcotics testing. The plaintiff also alleges that the officersnever issued a receipt for the seized items.-1-Kerr v. New Orleans Police DepartmentDoc. 10Dockets.Justia.com

On March 20, 2013, the plaintiff filed a complaint raisingthose allegations and naming the New Orleans Police Department asthe only defendant. On October 22, 2013, the NOPD moved to dismissunder Rule 12(b)(6). On November 5, 2013, the plaintiff filed anopposition to the motion to dismiss, as well as an amendedcomplaint naming NOPD Officer Ramiro Hernandez and SuperintendentRonal Serpas as defendants.I.In considering a Rule 12(b)(6) motion to dismiss, the Court“accepts ‘all well-pleaded facts as true, viewing them in the lightmost favorable to the plaintiff.’” See Martin K. Eby Constr. Co.v. Dall. Area Rapid Transit, 369 F.3d 464 (5th Cir. 2004) (quotingJones v. Greninger, 188 F.3d 322, 324 (5th Cir. 1999)). “Tosurvive a Rule 12(b)(6) motion to dismiss, the plaintiff must plead‘enough facts to state a claim to relief that is plausible on itsface.’” In re Katrina Canal Breaches Litig., 495 F.3d 191, 205(5th Cir. 2007) (quoting Bell Atl. Corp. v. Twombly, 550 U.S. 544,569 (2007)). “Factual allegations must be enough to raise a rightto relief above the speculative level, on the assumption that allthe allegations in the complaint are true (even if doubtful infact).” Twombly, 550 U.S. at 555 (quotation marks, citations, andfootnote omitted). Rule 17(b) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure providesthat “capacity to sue or be sued is determined... by the law of the-2-

state where the court is located.” The Louisiana Civil Codedefines a juridical person as “an entity to which the lawattributes personality, such as a corporation or partnership.” La.Civ. Code art. 24. This Court has repeatedly held that the NewOrleans Police Department is not a juridical entity capable ofbeing sued. See, e.g., Winn v. New Orleans City, 919 F. Supp. 743,750 (E.D. La. 2013). Because the New Orleans Police Department does not have thecapacity to be sued, the plaintiff's claims against that defendantmust be dismissed for failure to state a claim upon which reliefcan be granted. Accordingly, the New Orleans Police Department'smotion is GRANTED. The plaintiff's claims against that defendant are dismissed. The plaintiff's claims against Officer RamiroHernandez and Superintendent Ronal Serpas remain. New Orleans, Louisiana, November 13, 2013

I want everyone to start using this. This is the Government Accountability Office (GAO), they will take a Complaint about any Level of Government, whether it is Federal, State or Local, and they will get it to the right office. And because they can do Federal, State and Local, you can explain an entire series of events to them, and they can take it to all the right people and follow up and have a bigger picture than other Offices.

For example, you may have seen that I have filed with the SBA Ombudsman, who handles Small Business Issues with Federal Regulatory Agencies, and I have been contacting them regarding the DEA, FDA and IRS. There is another Office called the Office of Professional Responsibility (OPR) in the DEA, and they correspond with the Department of Justice Office of the Inspector General (DEA OIG). And you can communicate with all of these people and they do different things on different levels. But they are not involved with Local Police Departments in most cases, but if you had a problem with the DEA, Local Police, and your Small Business, you could submit the who problem to the GAO and they would cover the whole thing.

Then you can send the Agency and Departments a SF-95 (Standard Form 95 for suing the Government for Damages) and take the Agency to Court.

DEA Guidelines

6. Applicability of DEA Regulations.
A Petitioner whose petition for Religious Exemption from the Controlled Substances Act is granted remains bound by all applicable laws and Controlled Substances Act regulations governing registration, labeling and packaging, quotas, recordkeeping and reporting, security and storage, and periodic inspections, among other things. See 21 C.F.R. Sections 1300-1316. A Petitioner who seeks exemption from applicable CSA regulations (as opposed to the CSA itself) may petition under C.F.R. Section 1307.03. Such petition must separately address each regulation from which the petitioner seeks exemption and provide a statement of the reasons for each exemption sought.

This very clearly states that the Controlled Substances Act allows Substances to be used, and that there are rules for it. They are not banned Substances, they are Controlled. Not One of them is Banned. The Controlled Substances Act is what we are talking about, and first off, is it called the "Banned Substances Act" or the "Controlled Substances Act" and are they "Banned" or are they "Scheduled"?

Mallinckdrot and DEA "Memorandum of Agreement" which is related to their Registration, which is not viewable online right now for some reason. Just this Memo.

What Mallinckrodt has is an exemption. A Medical Exemption. Yet no where in the Constitution is there a "Medical Clause", but there is a "Free Exercise Clause"; which forced the DEA to create the process in this link:

A Marijuana Contract between Ole Miss and the FDA for 40+ Years.

Propagating marijuana tissue culture at the University of Mississippi

The School of Pharmacy’s National Center for Natural Products Research (NCNPR) has been awarded a federal contract with the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) to provide materials to support research on cannabis and its constituents. The statement of work for this contract is specified in NIDA’s request for proposal N01DA-15-7793 which includes these objectives:

  • Cultivate, process, analyze, store and distribute cannabis for research.
  • Extract cannabis to produce pure and standardized (pharmaceutical-grade) cannabis extracts containing varying concentrations of delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and cannabidiol (CBD).
  • Isolate cGMP and research grade THC, CBD and other cannabinoids.
  • Periodically analyze cannabis extracts and isolated cannabinoids for authenticity, purity and stability.
  • Develop new methods for growing cannabis plants with specific cannabinoid profiles.
  • Manufacture, analyze, determine stability, store and supply marijuana cigarettes.
  • Supply cannabis, cannabis extract, other cannabinoids and marijuana cigarettes to the NIDA Drug Supply program for distribution to research investigators upon NIDA authorization.

Based on its proven capabilities of providing pharmaceutical-grade marijuana and marijuana-derived materials to NIDA’s Drug Supply Program, UM is the only institution to be awarded this contract since its inception in 1968. NIDA advertises and requests proposals for this competitive contract every five years under an open solicitation process.

Marijuana grow room at the University of MississippiUM receives approximately $1.5 million from NIDA each year of the five-year contract to carry out the obligations of the contract. The amount varies depending on which of the various options NIDA chooses to exercise in order to meet the needs of researchers. Erroneous reports of a $69 million award from NIDA are due to a misunderstanding of how federal agencies publicly report the amount of funds “obligated” to a contract. The published “Contract Award Dollar Amount” is a total of all possible options. Qualified investigators holding a DEA Schedule-I registration may obtain marijuana materials for studies through the NIDA Drug Supply Program.
